Levittown Sunday, October 5, 2008, Baldwin Park, 3232 South Grand Avenue, Baldwin. The town's e-cycling program is open to Town of Hempstead residents only. Town of North Hempstead North Hempstead residents can bring e-waste items to the Resident Drop Off at 999 West Shore Road in Port Washington on: Sundays between 7:30 am and 3:30pm. The facility is open to non-commercial vehicles, and drivers are asked to present a matching license and registration with a North Hempstead address.
